Originally brewed as a Christmas release called Rudolph's Red Rye Ale back in the garage days, this beer comes back seasonally when we need a drink with some body and a slight sweetness. Rye adds a roundness to the mouthfeel while adding a mild peppery note. The "red" come from a specially kilned red malt from Belgium that has hints of caramel without being too sweet.
