We are always looking for ways to become more efficient without sacrificing quality. For this beer, we wanted to brew a clean, simple, lager like ale to complement our True North Cerveza, but make it in half the time. Enter "Krispy" kveik yeast. We let loose this animal of a yeast on True North and the end result is a light, clean and slightly fruity ale that was ready in a week! Lager like character with ale production times! A "Shortcut" that yielded great results!
