To us, this is a classic American style IPA. The combination of Cascade and Centennial hops does not create an over the top hop bomb but a more balanced hop profile. There is still a citrusy hint with some floral undertones. This is one that could make it into the regular rotation.
EVERGREEN BEST BITTER
The ultimate summer pub beer. Lightly carbonated with a low ABV, this is not a typical light beer. A light malt backbone with an easy finish.
EVERY DAY BLONDE ALE
The beer for every day. Yard work, post game or just BBQing with family this simple and easy to drink beer is definitely a crowd pleaser.
LYNWOOD PALE ALE
Named after the neighborhood it was brewed in, this lightly hopped pale ale is a simple take on our Maiden Voyage Pale Ale.
HOME TEAM AMBER ALE
Show your hometown colours during the playoffs and your team has already been eliminated, show your national pride. Using the same specially kilned red malt as our Rudolph Red Rye Ale, you will still get the slightly malty taste up front with a subtle hint of rye.
AFD WHITE STOUT
This is not an April Fools Day joke! We took the grain bill from from an Oatmeal stout, took out all the roasted malts and replaced them with whole coffee beans and organic cocoa nibs. There is a limited supply because most of these are promised out to members of our founders club.
BENDER BLONDE ALE
Bender (noun): a player who is awful at hockey, and whose ankles bend inwards because his skates don’t fit right, he didn’t tie them right, or he just can’t skate.
Simple, lite and easy to drink, definitely a crowd pleaser. If you are an all-star or a bender this beer is for you!
Opacus The Latin opacus, meaning ‘shady’, used to describe a variety of extensive cloud that obscures the Sun or Moon.
Opacus IPA a juicy IPA that is full of yummy Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. More aroma and less bitterness are the highlights of the easy drinking IPA.
RUDOLPH’S RED RYE ALE
Red like Rudolph’s nose, don’t be drinking this when you are guiding your sleigh tonight! This is an interesting beer that uses a special base malt from Germany that give it it’s deep red hue, no additives or colouring. Slightly malty up front with a subtle hint of rye that will not over power you. This is a true Xmas beer! Perhaps one can be left out for the man in the red suit!
FRESHLY SQUEEZED IPA
This is a boost to our previous Freshly Squeezed Pale Ale.
We bumped up the grain bill, boosted the IBUs and changed the hops. I guess you could say that we changed the beer but, we feel it is similar enough to share the same name. Heavily dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic this has a ton of late addition hops that add a juicy mouth feel.
THERE GOSE THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We designed this to be a subtle cousin of a true Gose (Pronounced “Go-zuh”) style beer. Traditionally the dominant flavours in a Gose include a sour tartness, a strong saltiness and a pronounced coriander taste. We decided to scale these flavours back a bit to include a mild sourness, a hint of saltiness and a touch of coriander. The result is a refreshing and light wheat beer that will fit in anywhere.
THE GOLDEN SOURS
In collaboration with soon to open Small Pony Barrel Works
For these sours we brewed one base beer doing a 2 day kettle sour. From this base beer we aged part of the batch on raspberries, part on a blueberry/strawberry mix and part left just as is with a light Citra dry hop. The result is 3 very different beer from the same base.
Raspberry Golden Sour 4.0% ABV
Strawberry/Blueberry Golden Sour 4.1% ABV
Citra Golden Sour 3.7% ABV
ALL ONTARIO CHAMP PALE ALE
Made with malts from Barn Owl in Belleville and hops grown on our property. Before being moved on to its home in the fermenter this beer was filtered through 10lbs of freshly picked Cascade hops.
GARDEN SHED SAISON
Hours spent building a storage in the hot sun of summer inspired us to the brew this one. This yeast driven style has a dry earthy taste complimented by some New Zealand hops that lend a slight citrus taste.
SECALE CEREALE PALE ALE
Secale Cereale [rye] Pale Ale has a subtle rye taste balanced by a mild hop presence with a slight floral and grapefruit aroma. This beer is best enjoyed on a hot day when you want something with some flavour without a high ABV or heavy hop punch.
Grains: Pale Ale, Rye, Carastan
Hops: Magnum, Cascade, Amarillo, Citra
Yeast: American Ale
NO OFFENSE PALE ALE
Are you constantly being told that you have to drink craft beer? Do you try it and find that it is too bitter, to hoppy or just plain “weird” tasting? If this is you then we have a beer for you! We made a beer that is unfiltered, is not very bitter, is not overly hopped, has a low ABV and still taste great! Sometimes less is more 🙂
Formerly Brexit ESB we decided to make it a touch sweeter and give it a more positive name. English hops balance between bitter and malt.
GOOD NEIGHBOUR AMBER ALE
Our amber adds a touch of maltiness to the classic American hops. A smooth mouthfeel and low ABV make this flavourful ale a favourite at any time of day.
Grains: ESB, Munich CaraAmber, Crystal 120,Victory Malt
Yeast: American Ale
Hops: Nugget, Cascade, Centennial
Is the ultimate summer beer! A dry, lightly carbonated ale with a slightly tart finish and subtle hints of tropical fruit. Limited quantities available because this is one of our founders club releases,.

FRESHLY SQUEEZED PALE ALE
Freshly Squeezed Pale Ale is a heavily dry hopped pale ale that has a ton of late addition hops that add a juicy mouth feel.
Grains: Pale Ale, Vienna, Carastan
Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Citra
Yeast: American Ale
For or against, this is the beer you want while discussing the merits on staying in the EU. Brexit ESB makes an argument for both sides, hops vs malt. This easy drinking, balanced ale is best served a bit warmer than your typical ale.
Grains: Maris Otter, Aromatic Malt, Crystal 120, Special Roast
Hops: East Kent Goldings
Yeast: London Ale
SIMPLICITY IS BLISS PALE ALE
Sometimes in life all we want is something simple and easy. Simplicity is Bliss is exactly that! Made with local malts from Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, this beer has a certain Ontario terroir to it. The pale malt is a touchy darker and the Munich malt is a touch sweeter and in the end it just tastes good. We believe in choosing local when local is good and not for the sake of buying local. I have a feeling that we will be using more local malts in the near future.
